  • Původně slovenská varovná informace byla upravena a nyní se může vyskytovat i u českých subjektů, kteří mají na zdroji Justice.cz sekci „Zahájení řízení o zrušení společnosti“. Zároveň došlo pouze v české jazykové mutaci k úpravě popisu a zkratky (dříve Jednání o zrušení společnosti bez likvidace, zkratka KZBL).

Dále byly provedeny opravy překlepů v popisu ukazatelů (list Ratios).

Oznámení pro uživatele WS – Úpravy Zástavního práva ze slovenského zdroje NCRzp Notársky centrálny register záložných práv

21.12.2023 jsme Vás informovali o plánovaných úpravách při varovné informaci Zástavní právo WarningID=06 ze slovenského zdroje NCRzp Notársky centrálny register záložných práv. Toto sdělení tímto upřesňujeme.

Zástavní právo z uvedeného slovenského zdroje již nebude evidováno pod kódem 06. Bude k dispozici v rámci doplňkových informací pod novými kódy IA, IA01, IA02, IA03 a IA04. Položka IA04 (Registrace začátku výkonu zástavního práva) bude evidována duplicitně také v rámci varovných informací pod kódem 0603. V reportu subjektu bude tedy informace o Registraci začátku výkonu zástavního práva uvedena dvakrát pod dvěma kódy.

Zároveň budou odstraněny překlepy v popisu jednotlivých položek zástavních práv.

K úpravám dojde v  průběhu ledna 2024.

Oznámenie pre užívateľov WS – Úpravy Záložného práva zo slovenského zdroja NCRzp Notársky centrálny register záložných práv

21.12.2023 sme Vás informovali o plánovaných úpravách pri varovnej informácii Záložné právo WarningID=06 zo slovenského zdroja NCRzp Notársky centrálny register záložných práv. Toto oznámenie týmto spresňujeme.

Záložné právo z uvedeného slovenského zdroja už nebude evidované pod kódom 06. Bude k dispozícii v rámci doplňujúcich informácií pod novými kódmi IA, IA01, IA02, IA03 a IA04. Položka IA04 (Registrácia začatia výkonu záložného práva) bude evidovaná duplicitne aj v rámci varovných informácií pod kódom 0603. V reporte subjektu bude teda informácia o Registrácii začatia výkonu záložného práva uvedená dvakrát pod dvoma kódmi.

Zároveň budú odstránené preklepy v popise jednotlivých položiek záložných práv.

K úpravám dôjde v priebehu januára 2024.

Notice for WS users – Updates of Lien from the Slovak source NCRzp Notary Central Register of Liens

On December 21, 2023, we informed you about the planned changes to the warning information Lien WarningID=06 from the Slovak source NCRzp Notary Central Register of Liens. We hereby clarify this notice.

The Liens from the mentioned Slovak source will no longer be registered under the code 06. It will be available as part of additional information under the new codes IA, IA01, IA02, IA03 and IA04. Item IA04 (Registration of the commencement of enforcement of the lien) will be recorded in duplicate also within the warning information under code 0603. So, in the subject's report, information on Registration of the commencement of enforcement of the lien will be listed twice under two codes.

At the same time, typos in the description of individual lien items will be removed.

The adjustments will take place during January 2024.

During the month of May, the adjustment of xsd schemes will be deployed, which will ensure the correct functioning of the existing integrations.

For the https://ws.multicribis.net endpoint, the [TaxAdministratorAccountNumber] element will be removed from the schemas.

The syntax for hyperlinks has been modified to call out the destination page by taking any URL in Cribis. Specifically, it refers to the Search method.

There is also an adjustment in the GetGlobalReport method in the FinancialStatements section. In the case of a Slovak entity, the method could return up to three types of financial statements for one accounting period, if the entity published standard and IFRS statements for the same period. As a result, when the web service is limited to 5 accounting periods, data for only two or three years were available in the response. Newly, the method will return only one type of financial statement for each period according to priority: standard statements, IFRS original statement, IFRS statement of selected data, consolidated IFRS statements, so it always returns data for 5 periods, if available.

This adjustment applies to approximately 100 Slovak entities reporting in IFRS standards.

At the end of August 2021, changes in the codes of relations and supplementary information will be implemented. The codes of already existing information (mentioned below) will be changed. After the change, the data will be available only under the new codes. As the information itself does not change, no alerts will be generated.

Because the new version of the Cribis application was issued, parameterized Cribis hyperlinks were also modified.

Especially the certificate lines were changed to www3.cribis.cz/hyperlink/cert?, respectively www3.cribis.sk/hyperlink/cert?. Furthermore, a new method of composing links has been added. The method allows users to build a hyperlink to any page of the application by simply copying part of the url.

The original hyperlinks still remain valid and compatible without the need for any modifications. All landing pages are available, except for the Flexi report (Czech entity report) and the General report (Slovak entity report), which were replaced by a joint Global report. The original parameterized hyperlinks directed to these two reports now link to the common Global report.
